Bjørghild has broad leadership and commercial experience in shipbuilding, oil and gas, and service providers to industry. She has led the development and operation of projects, companies, business concepts, and technical deliveries.
Her roles have included CEO, VP, Operations Manager, and Head of HR, with responsibility for sales and contracts, negotiations, project and operational management, finance, staffing, and HR.
She combines strong execution with a deep understanding of people, collaboration, and culture – results-oriented, strategic, and energetic.
Bjørghild holds a cand.polit degree (UiB/UiS) with additional education in employment law (NHH), and is a certified NLP coach and international career adviser.
