Kristin Røed Eriksen

Experience and expertise
Kristin has held various leadership roles in Norwegian and international groups in the building materials industry. At Saint-Gobain Byggevarer, she led strategic and operational sales before becoming Managing Director.
Following the merger with Glava, she was responsible for the Weber/Leca business unit, and later became Director of Organisational Development and Leadership.
Her experience ranges from organisational development and sales leadership to production structures and strategy development, with a significant focus on transformation. She holds board appointments at organisations including Bygg Reis Deg and Byggevareindustriens Forening.
She holds a Bachelor of International Business and studied organisation and leadership at the University of Oslo.
