Experience and expertise
Hilde has held key leadership positions in the private and public sectors, including at Telenor, Adecco Group, and most recently as Group CEO of Otiga Group.
She has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, interim search, and management for hire, and has worked extensively with change, transformation, and crisis management. She has considerable experience in financing, acquisitions, and integrations.
Hilde is also the founder of Agile Styrerekruttering and Board Chair of Agile Executive Search. She has held several nomination committee and board appointments.
She studied at the University of Stavanger and holds an MBA in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics.
