Olav has worked as a senior executive and group leader at Adecco Group, Barona, NLI, Cinet/Ark/Egroup, and Folkeuniversitetet, and has founded several companies.
With 20 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, business development, and HR, he has broad expertise across industry, private health and care, consulting, staffing, IT, and education.
He has experience in change processes, sales leadership, strategy, company acquisitions and sales, due diligence processes, and integrations. In 2022, he led the sale of Abcent AS after growing the company from approximately 40 to approximately 100 million in three years.
Olav studied at Befalsskolen for Kystartilleriet and NMH/IHM (Dipl. markedsøk. DIHM), with further education including at IMD in Lausanne.
